Yes, I offer both in-person and online sessions. My office is at 2150 Hillhurst Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90027, in Los Feliz. Free parking is available behind the building for clients during their session.

Online therapy lets you get support without adding another commute to your day. Whether you’re in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, or a smaller California community, you can make space for therapy wherever you are.
Sessions take place on a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Before your appointment, you’ll receive a private link by email. At your scheduled time, click the link to join me in my virtual office. You can use a computer, tablet, or phone, and there’s nothing to download. For the best experience, find a quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection.
Sessions are 50 minutes, and we’ll start by meeting weekly.

My fee is $225 for a 50-minute individual session. I see couples on a limited basis; please reach out for rates.
I’m an out-of-network provider. You pay my full fee directly, and I provide a superbill (an itemized receipt with the codes your insurer needs) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer out-of-network benefits. HMO and EPO plans usually don’t.
Before starting, I recommend calling your insurance company and asking:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible, and how much of it has been met?
What percentage of the allowed amount is reimbursed for an out-of-network outpatient therapy session, and what is the allowed amount?
Are out-of-network sessions covered?
Is pre-authorization required?
How many sessions are covered per calendar year?
How do I submit a claim for reimbursement?

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been going on in your life, and what you’d like to be different. I’ll ask some questions about your background and history to get a fuller picture, but you’re never required to share more than you’re comfortable with.
It’s also your chance to get a sense of me. Feel free to ask about my approach, how I work, or anything else on your mind. Toward the end, we’ll talk about how I can help and what our next steps might look like.
Many people feel nervous before a first session, and that’s completely normal. There’s no right way to do it.

Under the No Surprises Act, if you don’t have insurance or aren’t using insurance for your sessions, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care is expected to cost.
You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate at any time, including before you schedule. I’ll provide it in writing, with my session fee and an estimate of how many sessions you might have based on what we discuss. Since therapy is ongoing, the estimate may be updated if your needs change. If you schedule an appointment less than three business days in advance, you may not receive the estimate before your first session.
Keep a copy of your estimate so you can compare it with what you’re actually billed. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute it. You generally have 120 days from the date of the bill to start the dispute process.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-985-3059.
